could anyone point out major differences between those two?
Onwe guy is selling those on Polish auction portal with very reasonable (for European market) prices - $600 and $650. They're both in very good condition and they date to 1977.
PS.
For people from Germany - they're located in Wroclaw, it's just about 2,5 h across the border, if someone would be interested i could help as a translator or sth. |

I need to find myself a nylon string to play, so I can compare the feel/volume/tone to see if I like them.

How do they sound like? are they worth that money? Doesn't nylon string ovation sound "silly"??
Wroclaw is about 200 km away from my home, so i wouldn't like to go there just to see that they sound "crappy"
How does those guitar compare to - for example - mid range Yamaha's? |

Location: Boise, Idaho | I like the sound of the 1713 much better than the 1624. Deeper bowl and cedar top. The 1116 might be closer to the 1713. Most of the other nylon classical guitars I've tried sound small. |

Location: Keepin' It Weird in Portland, OR | That was kinda my question... I haven't touched a nylon stringer in decades. There isn't much volume, which is why they went to steel strings.... Am I correct?
I understand that with an Ovation 1624, I can plug in but... |
