I'm a bit surprised no one started this thread yet. I look forward to hearing people's music on this forum every year. Last year gave us "Linus and Ukey" which landed on my holiday play list faster than you could say "Ho, ho, Ho!" But it's Christmas Eve, so share and share alike says I!

I badly wanted to record something new this year, but alas, could not carve out the time. I can't remember the last season when it seemed every day was either booked or became booked with little warning or preamble. So instead I'll throw something a little obscure out there with the best of intentions.

Many of you may have never heard this song before. I used to sing it in a choir long before I even learned guitar, and it has always stuck with me. I'm using my 1713-X, but I think the Book Mandolin adds just that bit of color to make it stand up and sing.

From this point forward, I will be limited digitally, so just in case, I'm wishing each of you a Blessed and Merry Christmas and the Happiest of New Years!

THE BEAUTIFUL MOTHER
