I'm new to Ovations, so I appreciate your folk's help.. I've had this CC68 for a week or so... When I got it I plugged it in and it seemed to do fine.. So I went about fixing the action on it.. So I got it playing nice & plugged it in today and this: Basically very little volume and it's like only higher strings have the amplification.. As you pick towards the lower strings, the volume/amplification goes down.. Has only a volume & tone knob & no pre-amp..
Any ideas?
Thank you...

Well I must say I wasn't expecting that question... I did file the bridge down 1/8" or maybe 3/16" to help the playability... It's about 1/8" above the bridge now..
I guess that's a no no with an Ovation? (I just read an article about it).. I had no idea.. Is there anything I or someone can do about it at this point?
