Hi guys,

Long time no post.

One of our members on LetsTalkGuild posted some videos of Ovation Days from teh past. I think they've been re-mastered, etc. I thought I'd link you to them here: http://www.letstalkguild.com/ltg/showthread.php?188870-Older-series...

 Nice to "see" you guys (again)!

Since we're sharing great moments of the past, I continue to wish I'd been part of the OFC back when this happened (check out this viddie). I've watched this a hundred times and it still makes me laugh:

I continue to wish we'd had a similar chance to do that with the MIC Guilds, but alas we never did.

Well, that, Nancy, is a very good question. I believe those were some Os that were built in another location (not New Hartford). For that... Yes, the crime fit the punishment. Or, should I say the punishment fit the crime.

Ok! Then I will go watch them again and cheer instead of cringe this time! LOL!!!!!!

I LOVE how when Big Boys are going to be naughty, they have the ingenuity and tenacity to build these incredible contraptions to FLING a guitar 100 yards!!! Thank God it wasn't a piano! Actually, that catapult reminded me very much of the one off "Northern Exposure" where they did fling a piano! LOL!!!!!!
