Location: Germany, Hessen, Gernsheim | Hi guys, I've got a OP24+ plus for small money and I like to know what you think to upgrade my 95 Custom Legend with this preamp or to leave this guitar with original equipment. I do not know if there are significant differences between those two pre-amps. Maybe some of you have experience regarding this issue. Would be really helpfull to make a decision.
Thanks you guys for helping.

Location: Germany, Hessen, Gernsheim | Just to make it clear, I forgot: My Legend is equipped with an OP24. The question is about the differences between OP24 and OP24+ (Sound). Hard to explain beeing not an english native speaker ;-) |

Location: Germany, Hessen, Gernsheim | Coole Idee, super! Hab mir die Teile angeschaut, hab ja alles vorliegen aber manchmal ist der einfache Weg nicht erkennbar. Danke für den Tipp, den werde ich mal beherzigen. Dankle Dir schon mal!!!
The idea is to connecting the pre-amp with the cable directly to the PU, and test the difference. Great easy things are sometimes not so easy to discover.
Thanks Detlef for helping. But I'm also interested in experiences.
Thanks

Location: UK | This is something I've been considering too. I have a Standard Balladeer with OP24 but I have been wanting to switch it to OP24+ due to my liking for mid-shift and pre-shape. But unfortunately I haven't found an OP24+ yet! The only concern I have is the volume control. I do prefer a knob to a sliding control. |
