In some of my older posts I had mentioned the high action of my 6756lx and after contacting John Budny he suggested a neck reset and I have a return number. The guitar may still be under warranty as I received it on Feb. 23, 2013. I have never shipped a guitar, and I am wondering if any Canadian members here could give me any advice on what shipping options would be the best and how to deal with customs options. I have contacted my local authorized Ovation dealer (Long & McQuade) and the person I talked to was clueless and someone more knmowledgable has not called me bac as they promised. So anyway I hope that some reasonable options exist to get this done. I assume that even if it was not covered by warranty the labour cost may be reasonable and shipping is probably the biggest expense.
