I've long been fascinated by George Martin's genius in taking the Beatles material that in and of itself sounds somewhat rough and 'live' (and sometimes just plain haphazard!) and making it sound the way he did.
A few years ago I discovered this site Steve\'s Beatles Page where you'll find not only all the lyrics, but which album each song is available on, recording dates, mix dates, takes used, who sang it and various anomalies found in the recordings.

| I love you tube it answers chord and note questions for me right away when I am working on a song. and this is outstanding! Many mysteries about the beatles music can be solved with this stuff.

Record each individual in the choir and then merge the parts into one line to see and hear where harmonics and such are created in the combination-- while not actually sung by any individual... |

Such as the first time guitar feedback was used in a recording (I Feel Fine). |
