Location: London | Hi everyone,
I am new to the fan club and am amazed at the amount of information I already have received from this site thanks to you lot.
I do have a couple of questions though, the first being the serial number white label which is situated above the blue and white paper Ovation label.
I have an Ovation Legend model 1117 (1981) if this is stolen and the serial number label removed, how do I prove that it is mine, why did they put so much effort and craftsmanship into these beautiful instruments yet such an important issue like the serial number gets less effort.
There must still be lots of Ovation Legends around, I have taken photographs but what can that prove? I have just registered the serial number with the site.
Any suggestions would be truly appreciated which now leads me to my second question, how do I post a photograph onto this or any site for that matter as I am such a sad git.

to post a picture you must have it hosted on an internet site like photobucket, shutterfly, etc...Then you can insert a link to that site using the "image" button below the message box, and the picture will magically show up here. Photobucket is real easy as you just copy/paste the link from their site to this one. |

I agree with Tupperware but I'll add one more thing. Write your credit card info inside the instrument as well.
That way you will find out where they spend your money as well... |
