I have a C2079LX Custom Legend Contour that comes with the OP-Pro Studio preamp. I'm very interested in trying out the VIP-5 to add some sound varieties to my home-recordings. Wonder if it is available to purchase separately... If so, any idea how much it will cost & how I could order it?

Just searched through the old posts in 2006 & it was mentioned Ovation didn't offer the VIP-5 as an aftermarket product. Wonder if they have change their mind yet? Also, wonder if the VIP does work with my Customer Legend Contour....

Location: Orange County, California | That's because they don't have images for every guitar that people would try to put them in. I'd bet the one from the 2007 collector's would work fine. |

Location: 6 String Ranch | That would be through the service dept which means you already have a guitar. They don't sell these as stand alone units I don't believe. |
