I have taken some inventory and would like to share some parts that can be seen here:

Featured is a stereo preamp, concentric knobs, stereo pickup, mono and stereo outputs and battery box complete and functioning for $100 including shipping.

I have two each Battery Boxes with pads and 9v plugs $25 each.

One battery box with pad and modified wiring $15

Other not so functional stuff, please inquire.

One top, two bottoms Concentric Knobs, not so good shape and missing the threaded inserts, free to bschnurn if you want them (for motivating me to clean out a drawer).

Prices include shipping to most normal places. If you live somewhere really expensive... you should know better!
