I did my best with pics,i'm no Damon but here's a few including a trio of my custom legends,1619,1719CM,1769 Edited by 2wheeldrummer 2014-09-04 1:14 AM (IMG_0394.JPG) (IMG_0401.JPG) (IMG_0398.JPG) (IMG_0399.JPG) (IMG_0400.JPG) (IMG_0402.JPG) (IMG_0420.JPG) Attachments ---------------- IMG_0394.JPG (43KB - 2 downloads) IMG_0401.JPG (55KB - 0 downloads) IMG_0398.JPG (44KB - 0 downloads) IMG_0399.JPG (46KB - 0 downloads) IMG_0400.JPG (35KB - 0 downloads) IMG_0402.JPG (50KB - 0 downloads) IMG_0420.JPG (46KB - 1 downloads)

Some of us (including you and me) have had the ability to play a lot of O's and A's that others have never seen or played. Even when the model was current, rarely could you find it at a local guitar store. I am no hurry.

Just need to weed down some of the herd of Ovations, Taks, some Martins, etc., especially if they aren't getting played or often. Not posting a price as not listed 'for sale' but I could consider. 1687-7 from 1981, 2-knobber, excellent, serial # 1893. 1987-7 from 1979, 2-knobber, excellent - this is one I will probably keep as it appears serial # 666 bothers some. Never had a negative thought when playing it, excellent. 1687-8 OFC I slothead, excellent. 1687-7 two knobber #50 pre-production slothead, excellent [probably not available for sale and not cheap as I paid $12,500 for it years ago]. Two weeks after I bought it, I was solicited by an individual offering $13,700. They are that good and rare. Two of the only four 1687-2 (red) reissues same as StandingOvation had listed on OFC back in 3/12/2014 (sold per his post of 4/14/2014). Not a 1687 but the CVT Millennium (with Pluto), excellent. Just traded a 1687-8 reissue for one of Al's great Ovation 2078LXFKOA-OSG. I love Koa, have a Martin top/sides/back Koa, the Tak parlor, the 2009 Collectors serial #001 Think he still might have a couple available of the 2078LXFKOA-OSG (VIP pre-amp)
