I know it's a long shot, but does anyone know where to find a case for a 1997 Collectors Parlor guitar?

I have a Parlor case in storage that is missing the medallion. The interior is nice and plush, without any signs of damage. The outside shows mileage around the edges. I can email detailed photos if you are interested.

I also have the COA and Registration Card for sn# 0160. The Registration Card says that it is a Narrow Neck (1997-7N)
