If that's the guitar I think it is, it has an interesting history. It would also be the one that Josh was seen playing for many years.

Al is that the guitar that was "customized" by "NBC" ?

Well if you can trust wiki (and in this case I believe you can..

"Josh's guitar of choice for recording and live use in C standard, Josh first modified his original black model with a Tune-o-Matic style bridge and stop tailpiece in 1997. In 2000, he acquired his sunburst model as a backup while in Europe before modifying it to have a string-through body in late 2001. In 2003 he acquired his final GP- a wine red model, and almost immediately had it modified to the identical specs of the sunburst model's string-through body. It was used infrequently throughout 2003 on performances such Letterman and Leno before retiring all three guitars in early 2004."
