I remember when they came to Milwaukee and the girls tore up the place and even the grass outside as souvenirs. I thought "Let It Be" was a stupid song for our high school class slogan. High school slogans should be about changing the world, not letting it be. I didn't figure out the music until much later, especially George's talent with guitar. His first solo album was one of the first albums I ever owned.

Too bad he wasn't playing any Ovations. :-( What a great opportunity that would've been for the new style O's to get some airtime.

There was a ton of talent in that room. Even Ringo did a nice job. I haven't seen him perform in years. It's good to see that he and Paul are living the good life. I also noticed there were a lot of good looking young ladies in the audience. I couldn't figure out if they were wives, daughters or girlfriends of the old farts, or if they were supposed to be celebrities that I didn't know.
