The correct answer is for you to send it to the Factory. I am poor. So if I had an LX that needed a neck-reset I would probably try to do it myself. An LX neck bolts-on... which means that it is easier (or at least possible) to fix. But if you have the finances (and another guitar) then you should send it to the MotherShip. Also, if your bridge is lifting that needs to go to the Factory. So maybe I should just stick with the Correct Answer.

It could be you're describing the natural design of the LX guitars. The bridge slants ever so slightly forward and a resulting in a slight bulge on the soundboard on the back side of the bridge. If this is what is happening, there's no need for concern. Your neck issue may be as simple as a truss rod tweak, or an added/removed shim.

Joined: July 2013 Posts: 34 | there's a slight gap between the neck and the top on the low e string side and the high e string side its nice and tightly connected to the top, im still getting a buzz by the sound hole even tho the action is not necessarily low and what you're describing about the bridge may be right but should i be able to slide a thin piece of paper under the back side of it? as the middle gap where the strings go in i can slide a thin piece of paper under the bridge all though not very far under but the sides of the bridge i cant ... how do i post pictures here ?

Also, now that Damon has upgraded your account, you need to post this in the General Posting section. Most people cannot post in the "Welcome Center". This is where you can post without being a member, but only "Greeters" and Moderators can answer. (Others can read here, but they cannot respond) So, you should ask this question in General Posting.
