How many of you lot already use DropBox? It's a great way to share files between friends and even with yourself. (ie, all your different devices)

I use it so I have the same files on my Mac, my work PC, my iPhone and iPad. My jamming buddy and I use it to share music sheets, .chordpro files, MP3s, video lessons - it's great. So easy and accessible and beats the pants off emailing.

You can download the app for your electronic device, or just use the browser based app online. (which I have to use at work because of software blocking.)

No, I don't have anything to do with the DropBox company. The reason I'm asking you to let me invite you is if you join, I get an extra 500Mb of storage for each new 'victim'.

So, if you haven't already got an account, let me know your email address (via PM) so I can invite you to join.

Once my storage is up there, I'll pass the baton to someone else. Every successful invite gets you another 500Mb. (up to 16Gb)

Just be careful what you upload. I think there's something in the smallprint about intellectual rights and who actually owns the content - along the same lines as FaceBook.  

Everything you upload is private, nobody else can access it, unless you set up a shared folder and invite people to join.
