Location: Right now? | Hey, Gang. Long time no visit. I need a case for my Adamas 1881. I have no idea what case model number to order, and would love to find a used but in great condition case, or maybe even a good quality semi-soft case. I suspect any Ovation SSB case would do, but still, I need a case model number. I know I could call Al or KK or JB, and I will if I don't find any help on here. Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated. I don't have much to spend so any help will be greatly appreciated P.S. I hope everyone is doing well! Willa

If this is truly a Super Shallow Bowl it should be an 8117.
Or an 8317 for a Zero Gravity case.

Hope that Helps.

Location: Right now? | Arthur! Thank you, my dear … gonna go check out Ovation and I guess I will ask Al, too … I am not really familiar with the Zero Gravity cases, but I admit that I am intrigued. Hope you are well and enjoying your latest (AWESOME!) acquisition! I got a few emails with hopefully some promising offers, which, considering my bank account, might end up helpful. Updates soon. Willa

Think of it this way.
If you took the Styrofoam and black fur out of a regular Ovation case...
Then you wrapped it into a nylon TKL gig bag.
That's it. With backpack straps.
I have been using one for years...
I have had to sew where the straps are pulling loose from the bottom and taking material with them.
Both of the zipper-pulls have broken-off at the sliders taking the "loops" with them.
But I have taken it outside on a bicycle almost every day for at least three years...
Maybe longer.
I have stuffed Contour bowls and really Deep Adamas bowls into this case.
As well as a super shallow bow and my Parlor guitar.
I am kinda saddened when I see this case wearing-out a bit...
But it has served me well for Years.
I have another one, but I am waiting to totally kill the one that I am using before I switch.
I will also have to switch my "Green-Heart Oregon" patch when I do.
