Location: New Bern, NC | I received a nice phone call from the folks at the Mother Ship in Conn. this morning. I called them Friday afternoon about getting a detailed owner's manual for my "new" Custom Elite. They called me back first thing this morning. I was sleeping in, having stayed up 'til almost 5:00 am trying to meet a publishing deadline, so I was groggy. Consequently, I don't remember who I spoke to but I think it was John? Nice guy. He's sending me some literature on that Op Pro Studio system as well as what he has about my specific model. There's already quite a bit online about the guitar, but not about the electronics. |

I think the Guilds guys are realizing just what a great service department they have inherited. |

Location: New Bern, NC | Thanks Bernie, I could not find this info about the Op Pro Studio. I browsed the O website and could only find the general sales pitch specs. I appreciate it. |
