Hello everybody,

Somebody knows where could I find the string nut original parts (ref 930061-X) for Adamas 1597 SMT.

I wrote 4 times to support customer (askus@ovationguitar.com) but nobody reply to me.

Somebody knows the good reference with Tusq brand ?

Thank you so very much for your reply

Laurent (from France)

The Gibson style is what you want, not the Fender style. I prefer to cut the slots myself rather than buy one with slots already cut. You will have to fit the nut to your guitar.

This page shows how to measure your guitar for the Tusq replacement. http://www.graphtech.com/products.html?SubCategoryID=3

I have used this one listed on that page. PQ-4000-00. It definitely took some work to get it to fit.

I don't know which one is the right one which already has slots cut.

Thank you very much "FlySig" for your advices.

I'm feel not ready to cut myself the slots. I think it will be better if this job will be do by an luthier because it's very meticulous task.

Thank you so much

(Sorry if my English isn't good)

Best regards.
