Hello!

Recently I bought the Ovation OP30 preamp from German webstore Thomann (http://thomann.de). As it turned out, the preamp lacks housing can, and OP30 doesn't work with the existing can on the guitar. The guitar is C2059AX, it had OP Pro Studio preamp earlier, but it is broken now.

It isn't written anywhere on the Thomann site (http://www.thomann.de/gb/ovation_op30.htm), that the preamp is sold without housing can, and that it doesn't work with OP Pro cans. As far as it doesn't fit to an existing housing, I can't use this item properly.

When I told Thomann about that, they suggested me to send the preamp back to them, and offered me to replace it with OP Pro or OP Pro Studio. But I don't want to go back to OP Pro, or OP Pro studio. I just want to use OP30 normally, but I can't do that without housing can. I asked Thomann, whether I can get from them the OP30 housing can, and, since the fourth of April they haven't sent any word to me. Also I wrote to the official Ovation website, and again - no answer.

Please tell me, whether it is possible to obtain anywhere a housing can, OP 30 will work with?
