Location: Vancouver, WA | Hello all!
Well, I finally have my first Adamas! I got a great deal on a UTE and got the Boss' permission (my darling wife) to buy it. Still getting used to the deep bowl compared to the SSB I had before (well I still have), but it sounds like no other Ovation I have ever played. I am so excited about finally owning an Adamas. Now I just have to practice a whole bunch to get my playing ability to the level of the guitar I own.
For those who might care the serial number is 21406. Took a minute to find it as I forgot that the serial number is on the neck. I will post pictures soon. Thank you to everyone for all the post about the UTE and other equally great guitars. You all inspired me to never stop dreaming about owning the great guitar I now have. Special thanks to Al for making me realize that I could not pass on this opportunity.

Right off the bat, you've set the bar pretty high for yourself.
Well done. |
