Up for trade is one near mint condition, US built Ovation Elite 2078T with the legendary OP-Pro Preamp and stunning inlaid Koa epaulet. Looking for a nice 12 string. If interested contact me for photos and what you have to offer.

I have a W597 Adamas that I would consider trading. Sold my 12 string a while back though.

Thanks, but already have an older Adamas that I just purchased a couple of months ago and it is now my go to guitar. I'm not in any hurry for a trade, and am willing to wait for that 12 string.

I would probably have to pay up too much for your Adamas with the difference in value. Would do that as long as it wasnt too much for a nice 12 string with newer amp system.

Mary, I'll pretend I didn't see your "newer amp system" comment.

I have a wonderful 35 year old Slothead Pacemaker (1615) that I might could trade ya. Let me know and I'll take some decent pictures for you. It's a single volume knobber preamp though.

It works perfectly and in excellent condition (the original case is well used though, stickers, marks, scuffs, etc). I've been using it for a second 12er with alternate tunings, usually open G, dropped D, or most recently I've had it tuned to DCBCBD for The Rain Song from Led Zeppelin.

I'm not super motivated to let it go, but I do like contour backs and it's a tad redundant having 2 12 strings.

I have a 1677 legend in that year range as well as a 1581 adamas II. Beautiful tone with both. When I got the 1677 I sent it to the mothership and has an op-30 installed. I recently bought an old Conn 12 string for a song and it sounds great. I'm giving it to a friend as a present.....as old man Arthur says....it has no tuna.
I guess what I'm saying is I'd really like a newer model with a "tuna".
Though I do love the tone that comes with age.
