| I have an Ovation. There is a sticker that says it's an Ovation Celebrity Deluxe Model no. CC257 and Made in Korea.
I've carefully searched the guitar inside and out and haven't found any sign of a serial number. Is it possible there's somewhere I haven't looked? Is it possible there is no serial number? If there is no serial number, is it possible for me to find the manufacture date of the guitar? |

Location: Sydney, Australia | Hi, I could be wrong, but I recall someone saying that Celebrities don't have serial numbers. Without one, dating it is very hard. |

Location: Keepin' It Weird in Portland, OR | Celebrity guitar serial numbers have no relation to the year of manufacture (that we can ascertain).
The serial number should be on a little rectangular sticker inside the bowl.
That sticker may have fallen-off on your guitar.
