Doesn't look like this post is getting much love, so I'll give ya my $.02
My first post was close to the same, except I was asking about servicing my UKII. I was given great advise and sent my UKII in to the factory for some love after 25+ years of playing it.
I still send my O's to New Hartford when they need something beyond what I can do. I just sent one off a couple weeks ago for some brace work.
