Just wanted to take a moment to tell a few people thanks:

Al, Miles...I know what it's like to run a forum. You have my sincere and deep gratitude for everything you've done to keep this community moving down the road and out of the ditches. I've never had any complaints about the place, and I still don't. THANKS!

Tim Chapman...on 9 SEP 04 you sent me an email with a PDF attachment that I was very excited to receive. You didn't need to, but you did. THANKS!

Duncan Roberts...in this thread you gave your approval for Tim to send your hand-drawn (tab) arrangement of "The Christmas Song" in .pdf format to anyone who asked. THANKS!

I came across my printout of this song a couple of weeks ago and set it aside so I could "re-learn it." Apparently I put the sheet in the wrong place, because it wound up in the trash. A little sleuth work on my part and I was able to re-locate the .pdf file (I have more email accounts than I care to state...or explain).

Which brings us full circle back to Miles and Al...if they hadn't archived those threads from the old board, I'd probably never have found the file. Thanks, again, guys!

I've spent a ton of time digging thorugh the archives; usually when I have more important things I should be doing. It's like rummaging through Grandma's attic. You're bound to come across something interesting sooner or later.
