Location: Michigan		i am curious that this is banned here but most of the music that i grew up with in the 60's and 70's is what it all was about.radio stations tried to ban or censor some of the music back then but after a while they had to give way to the people that listened to their stations or they would lose their audience.
is that what is happening to us?
c.s.n & y is a great example of what all their music was about . if the radio stations ( or government ) ever would of banned their music or bands and artists like them where would we be today ? most of the music we listen to or copy and play are some what polictical or religious and we allow that to be played on this site via you-tube all of the time.
are we going to ban songs like
country joe and the fish what are fighting for

on the the forum because it is political? it happens all the time here and nobody gives a crap but only certain hand picked incidents seem to get censored.

trust me guys i do not want to turn the ofc into a political or religious website but if you say we cannot talk about certain subjects here then what will the next subject be censored or banned here .
in just a a decade or so i have seen the right to have our kids say the pledge of alligence in our schools taken away and in god we trust taken off coins and anything that pertains to our freedom messed with and i am pissed off that a few weak skinned people can take those rights away from so many of us.

sorry lets just be cautious on who decides what is right and what isn't.
i would expect this post to get locked but i had to say something after the slipkid post has gotten so many of us to tell it like it is.thanks.GWB

Location: The Great Pacific Northwest		You can talk about the artist, some played Ovations. Just not the merits of what they sing about or believe in. Call it censorship, call it what you like. Bottom line is that YOU agreed that for the Privilage of posting, you do not Discuss religion or politics along with Be Kind To Each Other.

One might say that not abiding by something you agreed to is in itself not being kind.
