Location: Jet City | A friend has a birthday tomorrow, so I' taking him to Jazz Alley tonight to celebrate it with Al's World Sinfonia.
I wonder... You think he'll play his O? Should bring my AD Custom Legend and try to get another REAL signature in it? Maybe have him use one of those gold metallic pens on the bowl! |

Location: Jet City | Great show, and my Signature Al DiMeola now has another signature on it (I asked him to sign the bowl).
Glad he finished with stuff off Kiss My Axe. He didn't play his O tonight though. A nylon stringed wood box and the PRS were the only ones he used. His 2nd guitarist used an AD II about half the time.
A great show at a very intimate venue. His accordion player was unbelievable as was his usual percussion guy, I forget his name. |
