Photos don't do it justice.
It sounds increadable through that Guild Amp.
Pure warm lush sound.

I was actaully surprised by the VXT-s
The single coils sound killer.
Cue up Streets of Bakersfield.
You can get increadable clean honky tonk all day long. I think they missed an oppertunity in having the textured enamal finish only on the S models.
There could big interest in these for Country.
Sounds great through a Fender Twin too.

Nice PEZ!!! My sisters "bandmate" bought a Hamer a few years ago. Sweetest sounding solid body I've ever heard!!

With a little creative woodwork, you could use that amp for the end table alongside the couch. Saves a little space, increases the utility of the amp, eliminates hauling it from room to room, and invites conversation from guests, perhaps even a request to put it to use. Welcome to my world.

This must be time for an electric phase, I got a SoCo and just picked up a 335 this morning that has"my neck" on it.

Pez, what is the color called on the Newport? Looks real classy. I want another Newport, less flashy than the orange sparkle. So I keep watching eBay and the Hamerfanclub.

Its a Jazz Burst finish.
It looks better in person than the color sample.

Haul room to room???
I only have 2
real rooms.
1 room has all 4 amps.

I been playing more electric recentlty.
Mostly to try to jump start writing.
