Location: Angoulême - France | The story of this guitar ? I met Joel 20 years ago in a little music shop in France,I was a young student...he was playing with a great guitar player who was there for an Ovation French Tour... named Marcel Dadi... after that Joel bought to him one of the greatest Adamas ever (the "Lilac")... since that he loves Ovations and Adamas... he had many O's and Adamas before deciding to make this so amazing Adamas guitar (sounds and plays great he told us)... and probably will make others in future !!!

This guitar could not have been cheap. I'm afraid if I went out on a limb like that I'd not like it once I recieved it.
Think about it. Before the eppys were painted this might have turned out to be just a black and orange, Holloween inspired mistake. Joël, it took a lot of courage to put your money where your mind is.
Well done. |

He's happy that most of you appreciate this guitar even if it is a very special and not common model.
It's not his first time as he was the first owner of the ADAMAS PURPLE CUSTOM.
He should make a video in the following days and I'll be very glad to give you the link for listening to the sound of his new Orange Custom.

I think it is an absolutely stunning guitar, but it appears to have fallen out of that huge guitar stand behind it? ;) |
