I think the best part of getting a new guitar is the inspiration it provides. As easy as Ovations are to play, here's hoping you play so much your fingers get sore! (But it's a GOOD kind of pain! ) ;)

Go HERE and take a look at the 1281 Preacher 6er. It's going on the market shortly. I'm sure we can work something out. Got it from Glenn and it's in AWESOME condition. Since I got the 1283 PD, this one can go to someone who will play it more than I.

The dvd is done without the capo. D, Bm, F#m?, G. I'll show you sometime. One of the sort of frustrating things about Croce songs is that Maury's part often blends in so well I can't separate it out.

What I love about Maury's playing is that he did blend so well with Jim's playing. I have heard that most people don't realize that there are actually two guitars on Jim's songs. Michelle

We had a really bad rainstorm followed by humidity. My fingers keep sticking together. I was kind of hesitant in sharing the pictures of me. I guess it is because I'm somewhat self conscious about being heavy and all. But I just had to show that Patriot guitar. What a beautiful guitar that is! I'm still working on "Rhymes and Reasons" and "Back Home Again" by John Denver. I still can't get over how much easier it is for me to play those songs using the Ovation. Michelle
