I had a S868 - sold it Then I had a 1984 Collector - sold it Then I had a 5868 Walnut - sold it Then I had an Adamas 1881 - sold it. All SSBs, all multi-holes, all different. In my humble opinion the "best" (whatever that means) one was the Adamas 1881 and looking to get another.

It is the only one in the bunch that I regularly gig with. I also regularly use an Ovation 1567 for rehearsing with the band, but prefer the 1881 for performance.

She looks great, plays comfortably, and plugged in you don't hear how narrow she is. Unplugged, of course there's a difference, which the size 11 strings accentuates. But...she is very good at what she's designed to do, and since I can't play the big sisters too much anymore, I'm so grateful to have her. Very comfortable, sitting or standing. --Karen
