Miguel,
Nothing I'm aware of. I would think because of where you are comming from (Brazil) that John or Kim would accommodate you with an "Unoficial tour", BUT, I can't obviously speak for them.
Whatever you decide to do, I am positive you will enjoy your trip. Just meeting some of them "Southerboys" (to me) will be an experience in it's self!!

Looks like Smokey Mountain National Park is still on your route.

I wish I could hook up with you guys in Florida.
*sigh* With the factory out of the picture it seems like all the good stuff happens in Florida.
Maybe that has something to do with the average age of the members here.

Miguel - good move staying at g8r's. If the kitchen is open, it may be the highlight of your trip.

What day are you driving through Atlanta?

Probably on the 8th, but it can be the 7th or 9th, depending on g8r. If he´s too busy on the 7th we may just hit the road to atlanta asap. If he´s not busy at all, we´ll see.

I dub the gathering in Gainesville "The G8r Mambo", in honor of the Brazillian (and I'm not talking about Serge's choice of body hair styling)

Hey! Lambada isn´t a Brazilian rythm, despite that LOUSY movie stating otherwise.

Lambada came from somewhere in the French Caribbean, and lasted for a summer here. It´s long past now, and nobody misses it.

If somebody wants to learn more, just ask.

Great pics of your excursion!

The only thing that bothered me was the pic of g8r opening what appears to be charcoal starter fluid in front of a gas grill !!!

Well, the flames licking the ceiling bothered much more than that. Go figure...
