Location: Utah | This week was the summer music camp, a one week class at his private school. A portion of one of his classical compositions was chosen as the theme song for today's Music Festival Concert.
My pocket camera did a poor job on the audio, and would not let me zoom in once the recording was started. But here is the Youtube anyway.

A much better fidelity full length version of his song is at http://soundclick.com/share?songid=7972701 .
Irving Berlin, Lennon & McCartney, Mendelssohn, and Rob all on the same program. Makes for a good day for Dad. |

FS, I'd be day-um proud too. Congrats!
BTW, I also liked the pauses where the dog sniffed the hydrants... <I'm in soooo much trouble now...> |

Location: Utah | I didn't know until the last minute that they were going to play one of his compositions. Teens don't volunteer much information, even the good stuff.
But then, he didn't know until just before the performance that he would be conducting. It was his first time in front of an orchestra conducting, so he was a bit nervous, but pulled it off pretty convincingly. |
