As you may be aware of, my inlaws run a small business that receives tourist groups.

This time they are getting a group from New Zealand, and asked me if I know a song that would be suitable to receive them.

I am sure one of you folks can help me.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Miguel

My team won today, but the stupid TV networks won't show the game until 11:59pm (presumably to meet a contractual obligation to show it the same day).

'Course you COULD tick them off by playing Waltzing Matilda and calling it their national anthem....

Miguel,

Go to NZ Folk Song . Near the bottom of the page is a list of the most popular Kiwi folk songs. Those are highlighted in the upper alpha list. Many of those have music and lyrics.

Good luck!

Neil Finn is a Kiwi but somewhere along the line we adopted him. Any of his solo stuff or things he did with Crowded House and Split Enz might warm a Kiwi's heart. DO NOT...repeat...DO NOT play Waltzing Matilda as their national anthem. :D
