Location: Tychy, Poland | I did some recording yesterday direct from amp to mixer to computer - using Line6 Flextone XLR outputs, and i have to say that result is quite good for my ears.
i did it on quite hurry, here's the sample (it's my old Cort Katana KX-1 - sample is made for auction where i sell it):

there is some buzzing sound that is coming from loose strings - i've changed them from 11's to 10's without doing anything to neck. |

Location: Tychy, Poland | i use simple Alto 100 mixer, and then it goes to soundcard - ESI Juli@.
I've used Cubase LE bundled that i got with Julia, and i didn't do anything to this - no normalization etc.
I also tried to record it from mic (Audiotechnika AT2020) and it was o.k., but i get stereo signal from Flextone through XLr's so i chose that way of recording. |

Location: Tychy, Poland | thanks. unfortunately, i go funky only when i'm drunk :-) So i have to drink more! :-) I think i will buy a bottle of Jack Daniels and tomorrow record some samples of my new Carvin. Sounds great, i'm REALLY pleased with this guitar. |
