My patient wife not only ignored all the crazy stares as I took photos of my guitar on the shores of Lake Superior, but she helped carry the gear. What must folks think of us taking photos of our guitars as if they are our children?

Thanks Johnny. The Edmond Fitzgerald went down just a few miles from where that freighter is in the background.

I took the dog and a couple Adamases down to Payette Lake yesterday for some pics. I got there and there was a group on the dock. I was going to set the guitars up anyway until I had a vision of their Lab and our Springer running down the dock and knocking the guitars in the water. I tooks some pics at the cabin instead. Maybe I'll try again next weekend.

It is in the case in the first photo :) . I believe Brad wants virgin photos if he chooses to use them in the calendar so I will post them as soon as they are rejected :) .

The "UP" is for the "Upper Peninsula" of Michigan. The Yoopers are trying to be euro.

Isn't there a group called the Yoopers?

I remember hearing a song by them , "The second week of deer camp".

Dave, Those are summer jackets they're wearing.

I always liked the song Gordon Lightfoot wrote about that shipwreck.
