My question is, in just round numbers (approximately) if a new battery is inserted into my OP40 pre amp, and if I forget to unplug the output cord, about how long will the battery last ? |

BTW in my Paper Manual for the OP Pro it says 250 hours, but I guess that is just a typo ;) |

Location: Hanau, Hessen, Germany | :D A few days ago in a German forum someone was wondering why he has to change the battery of his Ovation every week. There was a big discussion about a possible defect and all that stuff. And some people almost started bashing Ovation again. Then at the end it came out that he never unplugged the cord, too ^^ You're not alone :D |

Location: Boise, Idaho | My 99 Collector's with the Optima would turn on the tuner by itself. I had to take the battery out or it would go dead, even without the cord plugged in. If not, I could be playing another guitar and I'd see the tuner lights on the 99 start flashing. That tuner was too small for me to see anyway. |

I was gonna ask you if you wanted to buy my '99, but I guess that's out of the question, huh? |

Location: Boise, Idaho | You already have. The #47RI is fulfilling my need for a red guitar at the moment. I should be the one selling guitars. |
