Location: Back in the Valley of the Sun Mesa Az. | I had a Kyser capo for my 12's that broke like two years ago...I had since replaced it...The darn spring just snapped. Anyway, I was just goofing around on the internet and came across the Kyser site. They stated that you can send any damaged Kyser capo and a check for $3.00 and they will repair or replace the capo...well, 4-days later, I received a new capo shipped free of charge. Pretty Kool Kyser!

Location: SoCal | I had a Kyser, on which the spring snapped as well. Surprised me. In a recent guitar magazine, some reviewer said that he had about 10 Kysers and never had a problem, that they don't break. They're great capos but they can break..... |
