Was just wondering if perhaps someone here at the OFC bought this guitar?
This has been for sale for the last 8 months (that I know about...) and when I was trying to work out a deal with the seller he was really evasive about the history.
He kept insisting that he didn't know anything about the obvious fretboard curl re-pin job (this was pointed out to me by Ovation who recommended I run a mile... which I thankfully, did!!). This wasn't obvious until he sent me better pics.
If some here did grab this guitar, I would really like to hear what kind of a deal they made... hopefully nowhere near the $2450 CAD he was asking...
Hope this one goes back to Mother and gets the full nine yards, and restored to the guitar it should be... |
