A lot of these numbers turn into "urban legend". I think unless you own #1, then the total of 60, 70, 80 isn't something I'd lose sleep over. If it's hunderds or thousands, that's a different story because it could effect perceived or real resale value. Just my dos pesos.

Just to verify....that is a Koa back, huh? The picture you posted makes it look kinda blond, but the grain certainly looks like Koa.

Yes DB, Koa back and sides, bear claw spruce top. I used my cheapie camera in bright sunlight.
