Location: Hot Springs, S.D. | Yeah Pez, I have bought some real pieces of trash because the description wasn't accurate. And they don't take returns. They SAY if the description was wrong you can fight them, but they will say it happened during shipping. Then you have to fight with UPS, and you know how that goes. Maybe you can get it fixed. KSDaddy does some beautiful work. Get in touch with him. |

(Actually, You won't have to fight with UPS... The Shipper has to fight with UPS. If you bought it on eBay it is the Sellers responsibility. Even if you didn't buy it on eBay, Shipping damage is always the Sender's responsibility. If they want to say the shipper did it, contact the shipper... The shipper will return it to the sender and from there it is the sender's problem. That is the way it worked when UPS destroyed the BCR Perfect 10. And when FedEx destroyed my 1121 it was MY responsibility, not the buyer's) |
