Location: Budd Lake, NJ | I am hoping to buy Joisey Goil#2 a good soft case for her Parlor--she's toting it right now in one that makes me cringe because the padding in it is really inadequate. Has anyone here bought one that works with its' unique shape?
And...I'd also like to get one for the Jewel (super-shallow) as well...my Christmas present to me.
I know some of you use them all the time...any recommendations for these two body styles?
Thanks for the input...

Location: Colorado Rocky Mountains | Karen, call Al. He can set you up with a nylon case with hard foam and soft lining made specifically for Ovation SSB models. It is the only case I've used to lug around my SSBs for the past few years. The reason I love them is because they don't damage walls, door jams, car seats, and other stuff when banging into objects during handling. They also have backpack straps and a zipper pocket on the exterior. This is the only photo that was handy . . .

Location: East Tennessee | The case that the 97 Collectors comes in is built like a tank. It is also very heavy and bulky.
Take some measurements and look at Gator's website to find one that fits. |

Location: Budd Lake, NJ | That's why the soft case--those of you who have met J-G#2 know that though the guitar is the perfect size for her, the case definitely isn't! (Which is why my Parlor pretty much stays home, too.)
We upgraded to a much, much better gig bag yesterday, but weren't able to find one in the $60-$75 range that it would fit--that trim little body is way too deep for the only ones we could find, first time out.
But, thanks to all the input here, at least now I have a better idea of brands, etc., to consider--and I am in touch with Al about getting a case like the Professor has for my Jewel. :)
Thank you, everyone, for all your suggestions--and anyone else who hasn't chimed in yet, if you have any other recommendations I'd appreciate them, too.
