"Checked the bridge pin"? Obviously, the problem is that it's not an Ovation....

Just thinkin'..... is there any "play" in the angle of the saddle? If it tilted forward a bit, it might cause some buzzing?
Could be the neck straighend a bit during the restringing, and will return to its "usual" curvature?
BTW, where is the buzzing occuring? Maybe your nut slots are getting deeper?

Truss rod? I think you should always start with the saddle. Or do you think the trust rod is vibrating?

if i play the string open it dosnt buzz when i fret it at the 2nd fret it buzz's when the strings hit , iam hitting it harder to try locate were its coming from it sounds from the bridge pin area but cant be 100% certain i did take all the strings off at once when changing them i've since been told to do them one at a time, now am thinking i've took all the tension out of the neck and this is causing the problem, i am torn as to whatit could be, thanks for the replys btw!

Does it buzz with the same note on a different string? If it buzzes on that same note it would be something like a brace, truss rod, wire touching the back of the top, etc. If it only buzzes on that string on that fret it could be a fret problem. A good straight edge that spans 3 frets will help identify if there is a high or low fret. Look carefully at the 3rd and 4th frets to see if one of those looks like it is coming up.

Taking all your strings off at once shouldn't be a problem. I do it at least once a year on all of my guitars while I am doing my annual fretboard cleaning.
