Called Kim at the factory today to purchase a 1/4" output jack for my new legend, been having some problems with it. I also mentioned to him that a few months ago I bought a stacked vol/tone preamp for my balladeer, and the set screws in both knobs were missing. "No problem", he told me, he's gonna send me the output jack and new knobs w/screws - no charge. In this world of customer dissatisfaction, shoddy craftmenship, and inferior products, these guys (and their company) should be the corperate model that all consumer goods companys should strive to be like. They are a pleasure to deal with.

Another of the thousands of accolades (and well deserved) for Kim, John, and everyone in Customer Service.
