Location: MD | This question has probably been discussed before, but since I'm new to the forum, I don't know. I'm the original owner of a '73/'74 Country Artist. That was back in the days of the "Unconditional Lifetime Warranty" that covered the whole instrument, including electronics. My understanding when I purchased it was just what it implies - Unconditional. At some point, they went to the "Limited Lifetime". Being between 37-38 years ago, I've long since lost the paperwork stating the warranty. (I was 19 - what 19 year old holds on to those things!?!)
Does anyone out their have a copy of the original warranty from Ovations that old? (Obviously I have a problem and would like to have it handled) |

Location: MD | I've seen that. It's for late 70's/early 80's. The company started in '66, and to kick it off they started with an "Unlimited Lifetime Warranty". I bought 2 of them back then (wish I still had the other one!). I bought my next one in '86, and by then the warranty changed. |
