| and it plays great!
I found a piezo bridge for it on ebay, it was actually for a Washburn, and it was a little bit narrower than the original, which is good because the intonation was a tad sharp and the extra play gave me some room for adjustment with out having to re-router the slot for the bridge saddle.
You can see the temporary wedges I made to keep the saddle in place.
For what ever reason, this time around there were some areas on the neck where the glue did not want to release from the fretboard when I tried to remove it. of course it did cause some chipping and I did loose a small chunk along the edge on the bass string side near the nut.
Anyway, it is now a very sweet sounding, and very playable guitar, and for a grand total of $120.00 and some time, I have a great jam night acoustic, hell I won't even be worried about strapping on the back of the Harley!

| Thanks, I still have a few more small things to do, I am even considering using Bondo for the big gap between the fretboard and the neck...well, maybe wood putty.. :)
Then make some permanent wedges for the bridge, and find that one brass screw from the tuner that fell on the floor, I am done.
It definitely has been a learning experience! |

I doubt that this guy will be able to keep up . . .
Whatever won't fit on the bikes can be loaded in this rig . . .
And we can pretty much forget about keeping up with this rocket ship . . . |
