Some of you may remember me but several years ago I went searching for a Adamas my uncle owned before he passed away. I ended up finding it and recently I found another one of his that was actually featured in music stores newsletter. Anyway, I have the possibility to obtain another and I just can afford to buy endless amounts of guitars especially since I don’t play. However, I would like to keep them in the family. However, all the other guitars I’ve found/search for are 6 strings which I assume would be more likely used down the road by someone in my family. (kids, etc…) I don’t know if I could bring myself to sell it even if the money is going right back to another one. So, I’m just trying to see what something like this would even be worth in today’s market? I've looked on here and on Ebay including completed listings and just not finding much.

Adamas 1885-5 in fine condition.

In better times maybe but I think with the current economic climate closer to $1000 - $1500.

Just my opinion.

Bottom line...it is worth what someone is willing to pay (and sell).
