Needed to tweak my truss today (first time). I see just two BOLTS inside by the neck-body junction. Zeroed in on the one closest to the the top (duh). Could not find the right SOCKET wrench. Closest was 11 mm! (No Kaman bar invited). The damn socket extension was too short. WTF? How is this done? Is there a special Adamas socket tool?

It should be a 3/16" Allen Wrench.
Those bolts are what hold the neck to the body.

This is what the inside of my 1681... Made in 1998.
Crappy pic but... You can see the two bolts glaring reflected flash back.
Closer to the top you can see the end of the truss-rod sticking-out.
And I just checked, it does take a 3/16" hex key.

Also... This is the tool that I use.
Available at Home Depot for three bucks or so...

Thanks so much OMA. Like a dummy I started wrenching on the bolt....like a dolt. Must have missed the truss extension. Wow, I feel stupid.
