Location: New York, NY | Hi All,
Very, very long time no post! I hope that everyone is doing well!
I have an Tangent t-257 and I also have a Tangent Bass which they never fully produced and which, as I understnad from the guy I bought it from (Ovation endorsee DJ Ashba, from Guns n Roses and Sixx AM) there were only about 4 made. I've done some research and the only mention I've seen of these (other than my own posts on forums) is one mention that Dave Ellefson from Megadeth may have one of the others.
Does anyone know anything about these basses? Curious to hear if there's any info out there... Also, curious if anyone has any thoughts on how much it would sell for (not set on selling but am considering it). Not trying to SPAM here, just genuinely curious.
Thanks!

Location: Route 66, just east of the Cadillac Ranch | Interesting pair. The tuner layout would make me nuts, i.e. always reaching for the wrong tuner. I'm glad Ovation didn't adopt that bridge on their other lines...it's so depressing. ;) |

Location: New York, NY | I'll have to check what preamp is on the bass (I'm at work now) but yes, Paul is right on the guitar.
Anyone know anything about the bass? Any clue how much other limited run basses go for? |
