Location: Michigan | Hi,
Back in 1995 I purchased a new Balladeer Model # 1861
USA made guitar for my x-boyfriend. It is green and has a op-24 w/equ. Other then that.... looking around I can't seem to find out to much out about it. I would like to sell it but don't really know what it's worth either! Can you please tell me what the diffrence is between the years and why I haven't seen another green one like it???? Help me please, Thanx dana |

"Where did the green come from?"
It is a little off to the side but some show up from time to time. Post some pictures! |

but I don't "mind" the green . . . . . |

Knowing that you're a fan of the big "Finned Land-Boats", did you come up with the moniker "Cadillac" green (even tho you don't like the color:-)?? |

Location: Michigan | Thanx all....I bought it from a guitar center back in 1995. Is there models for every year...or do they make new models ever once in a while. I am just wondering if my guitar is a 95 or what! Is there anyway I could find out? I have a few pics but it doesn't show the green that well....it has dark tones in it. But thanks all for the response....if there is anything else you could tell me it would be very helpful.....Dana
ps. I will post the pics that I have! |

The date of manufacture would be determined by the serial number (which would either be on a little sticker inside the bowl or stamped into the back of the headstock). |
